Zing Wave is a dedicated kosher Jewish music player designed to provide full access to the Zing world of content without depending on WiFi networks.

 

A Complete World of Kosher Content

Wave connects directly to the Zing platform, giving users access to one of the largest libraries of kosher Jewish music, children’s stories, shiurim, and podcasts.

All content is carefully curated, filtered, and supervised by the Zing Vaad HaNegina, maintaining strict kosher standards in accordance with community guidelines.

 

Connected Without WiFi

Wave features built-in Zing eSIM connectivity, allowing direct access to Zing services without relying on WiFi networks.

• No web browser
• No access to external websites or general internet resources
• Connectivity dedicated solely to Zing’s filtered and supervised kosher content
• Device arrives connected and receives updates through Zing’s secure infrastructure

eSIM connectivity is powered by an external cellular provider and requires strong and stable cellular coverage.
Device performance and content access depend on local network strength and reception quality.

• The integrated eSIM requires a separate data plan. Data packages must be purchased independently.

eSIM Data Plans

Zing eSIM connectivity requires an active data package.

Available plans:

• 3GB for $8/month
• 5GB for $12/month

Once the data package is fully used, the device will no longer be able to stream or access online content.

However, all previously downloaded content will remain available, and the device can continue to be used in offline mode without any interruption.

The device can also connect to WiFi, and eSIM usage is optional.

 

Built for Offline Listening

Wave supports extended offline use. Kosher content can be downloaded in advance, allowing uninterrupted listening even when connectivity is disabled.

 

Secure by Design

Wave operates exclusively within the Zing OS, built to support a protected and filtered kosher environment.

• Content cannot be exported or transferred
• No file sharing capabilities
• Bluetooth enabled strictly for audio output (headphones and speakers only)

 

Community-Based Configuration

Zing Wave can be configured according to specific community standards. Through Zing Customer Service, the device is preset to your requested kosher standard, and those settings cannot be modified directly on the device itself.

For example, if podcasts are not permitted according to your community standards, they will not appear anywhere in the interface. WiFi capability can also be disabled in accordance with community requirements.

Important Information

• An active Zing subscription is required. The device cannot be used without an active subscription.

Zing Wave includes a limited six-month warranty from the date of purchase, subject to proof of purchase.

All warranty terms, conditions, and limitations are governed exclusively by the official Zing Wave user manual. In the event of any discrepancy, the terms outlined in the manual shall prevail.

All service and support are provided through Zing Customer Service.
